Why Twice The Bits? It was a phrase I heard once which really made me think about how we use technology and the expectations we have of those who create it.
We are obsessed with doubling technological advancement before we have exploited the current generations potential. We want more RAM, more CPU cycles, faster storage without thinking about what it will be used for or if we need it.
It was twice the bits, it must be twice as good.
